My name is Jake Messing and i'm a working artist living out of Brooklyn, New York, originally from Philadelphia. I received my BFA from SUNY Purchase in Interdisciplinary Fine Art with focus on painting, drawing, printmaking and photography. I've been working professionally as an artist since my graduation from art school in 2003, currently a Concept Artist for a third party video game peripheral company in Williamsburg. Before that, I worked as a Head Graphic Designer for 6 years at a firm specializing in business identities and signage.
